My first day!!!! trying to lose 100lbs in 4 mo's (I think that only happens on the biggest loser when they work out 6-8 hours a day). However, I will listen to my Dr., hope he's correct. Need to give up whole egg (1) in morning and just do the egg whites, too much fat in yolks. ): Pray this works. The pain is incredible and don't know how I'm going to make it through it, but it's that important to me.

Yes, that is a lofty goal. At least you are under a doctors care. But I am surprised he wants you to lose so fast. Remember no matter how much you lose, you will still be doing great.
