I posted this on the forums with no response, so I thought I'd try here. :)

I could use a little feedback (I'm only on week two of Induction and want to make sure I do this right). Dinner out tonight at Chipotle and this is what I THINK is right or the best option:
Chicken breast, Fajita Veggies, Cheese, Tomato Salsa, and lots of lettuce, perhaps guacamole on the side. = 13ish Net carbs (with Guac) or about 10 without guac.
No Rice
No Beans
No Sour Cream

Anyone else venture into Chipotle while doing Induction?

Looks good to me. You are SO smart to go online and plan ahead for your meal out. Restaurants hide so much in their food to make it taste good, you never really know. Green peppers, onions, and tomatoes are the hidden (natural) sugars here. So go keep it to one serving of salsa. I know the guacamole looks bad but it has high fiber and high good fats-so you would be justified in keeping that. Plus it is so tasty you can't feel like you're on a "diet" when eating it. Just be aware that the sodium is up to 1585. Add that to your 569 already for today you might end up with sodium- water retention for a day. Just drink lots of water to flush the sodium. Sounds good to me! I would probably even add the sour cream if I really wanted it. I though that was allowed on induction but maybe I'm wrong. LOL I try to carry low carb tortilla shells in my purse for when a co-worker talks me into eating at a Mexican Restaurant. That way I can order fajitas and I have my own tortilla. Good Luck!!
