i bet you TOTALLY could if you were to do like martha's vineyard diet detox, ORRR what i'm doing right now, (which i think is better - i've done the mv diet detox too ^_^), which is the ani phyo's "15 day fat blast" program. mostly raw foods, 3 phases, first few days is fruit/veggie shakes and soups, second phase introduces more food items that you actually chew, and then more and more in phase 3. she promises about 10-15 pounds of weight loss in 15 days. i'm on day 2 and i'm down 2.5 pounds myself. :) the shakes are tasty and the soups are surprisingly good! :D go for it!! :D
