I actually started Slim Fast last week on Saturday. I think it's going to work well with my returning to work from maternity leave next week since I'll have to pump milk on my lunch break, so it'll be easy to grab a pre-made shake and some snacks in the morning to take with me to work. I have a horrible sweet tooth so the flavors help to satiate my sweets craving, and when I find myself hungry in between meals I grab a bowl of oatmeal with peanut butter to hold myself over. So far, so good. My only concern was how it was going to affect my breastfeeding my son, but I haven't seen a drop in my supply. It's good to finally see the scale going in the other direction. This time I have somebody other than myself to get healthy for, so success is my only option. :)
