Very depressed and feel like I really want to binge. Hard to care about my weight when so many other things are going wrong in my life.

230.2 lb
Lost so far: 40.8 lb.
Still to go: 30.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, I just read your post, and just wanted to let you know that on down days, its best to get the best use of a gym, and work out the feeling, have a favorite flavored protein shake and do something you like at the gym, the other people will give you the motivation to stick to your goals. We all have ups and downs.. but our strength comes in overcoming our downs... You seem to be doing well... Hope you feel better.. stick to the goal:))).. Have a great day

There is always going to be things happening in our lives that cause us stress. You can't control what happens, but you can take care of yourself so that your better able to handle stress. Eating healthy and exercising make it easier to handle stress. When you feel good about yourself, life becomes easier. Just know things will get better and if you stick with it, you are going to get through it and look amazing in the process.
