I had to eat fast food yesterday because of poor planning on my part. Went straight from day job to side job. Taco bell was the choice, got a crucnch taco supreme. Then half a Wendys' Chicken Berry salad.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
