Fasted on Monday to try to break plateau that has been going on for about a month, after scales showed an increase in my weight on Sunday. Since the fast I have dropped 4 pounds to bring me back down to 238. Want to see how the rest of the week goes, but a weekly fast may be added to my weight loss routine to help shed the rest of the weight I want to lose.
