Ugh. Fine, I will record my weight. I was so close to 199 and blew it...again. But I continue to start each day new, with goals to eat better and move more. I sprained my ankle this past weekend so I haven't done any cardio since, but its nothing bad, I should be able to run again in another day or so. I will do some weight training today. I am getting too close to 210, so today needs to be a good food day.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No :( I am terrible. Once I messed up once, I messed up a couple more times. And haven't been able to get back into my groove since the first time, but I feel good today :)

I'm so sorry about your ankle! I hope it's doing better! You can do this!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Today is a new day and YOU WILL get back down to where you were, and then to your ultimate goal. I have so much faith in you!!!

Feeling good is half the battle. I'm with ya I feel like I just need to do better. We will get there though, it doesn't happen over night we just have to do something about it!
