Down 6.3 pounds( give or take ) since May 1. I have to think that's pretty good. I'm looking forward to the carb cycling thing. I also think my return to having wine with my dinner might be what has my weight going up and down these last couple pounds, but not sure about that- as my weight continued down after I added it back. I might just keep the wine to my high carb days. I'll continue as is for now. Not sure I'll get to the gym today, my Mom, who lives with me, needs to go to the doc today, she has been having dizzy spells and fell yesterday, not hard, just kind of slid down a piece of furniture and couldn't get up. My husband and I were able to get her up ok. Thanks goodness he was here, I don't think I could have gotten her up by myself. She broke her hip last September, and so we had a bit of a heart pounder there, she was ok, just shook up. I guess the replacement hip was a good one. She's also 86 and blind, but is usually independent. I'm thinking they may keep her over night in hospital, hopefully will start sending home care again instead. We will see how she is today. I'd hate for her to have to need some sort of total care, and not be able to stay here.
