I calculated my RDI and it showed 1700 calories. I have trying to stay around 1200-1300 and I am afraid it I go to 1700 I will start gaining. I feel like I might be getting a little discouraged or maybe tired..

Mine says 1700 to maintain and if I go near 1500 I gain easy

Thanks! I pushed it yesterday, ate too much and not healthy. I woke up and had lost a pound. I do not want to get it in my head that I can do that and not gain back!
