So i was on vacation for two weeks and busy getting all things ready to travel, so i havent been logging anything ,but i will strat logging again. i have obviously gained omw! but thtas what happens. but today i will get back on track!cant wait

Its so hard when those busy times in life come up. It's even harder to talk yourself out of eating stuff and exercising more. You have come this far and i am sure you can tackle the rest!
