Pre workout. Banana Breakfast on the run. N has orthodontist appt. I grab almond butter and two hb eggs. I throw one away because I don't like how it smells. I avoid bagels at the bagel shop after the appt.
Lunch - after training. salad, tuna, fish filet. I can wait until later for a fruit smoothie.
Snack - protein shake and chia seeds
Dinner - bacon & salmon, cauliflower, spinach and some bean dip. yummy!
skipped run with Ann in favor of recovery. Not on the training plan & my legs are trashed.
