I seem to be going in the wrong direction! :) Oh, well, going to love myself anyways. It's been a struggle to get to exercise and I haven't been overeating but not eating my best either. Try, try, again. :)
151.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
