Fell off the wagon this weekend, right back on starting today hopefully I didn't do much damage to my progress this week. Will stay under 20g/day carbs this week as punishment to myself.

BTW I was doing full Paleo for a while, but I have adapted version for myself I eat Paleo but include atkins bars so I get something sweet, and I try to stay super low on Carbs.
