Hi wiener4! Thanks so much for the comments and the friend request, I'm looking forward to sharing this journey with you! I'm glad you find my diet calendar helpful, I must admit I sometimes forget to update it. I have a little notebook I carry to record my food when I'm out and about and a lot of the time I'm just too lazy to transfer it here, lol!
