I've reached a plateau :( time to amp up the exercise!! I went running yesterday and it felt great being able to keep up with my friend and to have the energy to keep going. :D!!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
