Due tot he holiday gym is closed. . .I think I will take today as my recovery day . . .try to go for a walk today . . . .preplanned my meals for the week . . . .goal this week is to get to 140 8 lbs to go . . .last week I really only lost 4 lb but it's better than not losing or gaining!!!
