Started to get myself back on track! Still tough with family not cooking healthy but just means i cook for myself. =] Hopefully I can figure out a way to balance things out. My dad does NOT like my healthy eating at all; very discouraging but its not about him!

The house I grew up in, you either eat what is put on the table or you don't eat. Or they can cook for themselves, I have been down that road also. Stay strong.

oooh, and BTW, what was put on the table was healthy and most likely my mother grew it in garden.

thanks! hahah its the same here except everything is fried or smothered in butter or oil, yuck! iv been working on converting my mom but my dad is just not having ANY of it. And our grocery store doesnt carry many good quality fresh produce, everything is either picked too early or its going bad already =[
