Ok, weigh-in was not exactly what I was looking for, but that’s ok I will just have to increase my daily intake numbers again. I think what will help is getting a larger percentage of my intake during the day as opposed to in the evening. So, below are the numbers.
Weight = 156.4 (decrease 4.6lbs) BF = 13.1% (decrease .8%) MM = 42% (same)
I guess on the bright side my muscle mass stayed the same.
