Doing pretty well sticking to the program but it's hard to keep coming up with new food ideas and recipes that are good and not high in carbs. Really miss bread products but looking forward to getting the Atkins baking mix & low carb tortillos I ordered. They will help a lot. Happy with weight loss so far. Hope it continues at same or faster pace.

Looks like you're doing fine so far. I've been doing Atkins Induction these two weeks. I do occasionally get a craving for spaghetti and things like that but I find that it is kind of fun to think up recipes that are outside the "meat and potatoes" box. So keep up the good work!
