witchedwick's Journal, 18 May 2012

Last night I walked in my HR target zone for 1 hour, about 4 miles. Very happy with that :) I did snack a little when i got home, but I ate light at supper, so that may have been why since I havent been snacking after dinner lately. That was my 2nd 30 minute workout for the week and I hope to get in another over the weekend. I am down a few lbs, but i wont log until Monday.
