Downward trending again, horah!

My bmi has dropped from obese to overweight (by 0.01 hah!) I don't have much faith in the Wii's "Normal" bmi recommendations though. I'm just using it as a scale. I need to look up a more precise bmi measurement (more than height and weight only).

My daily intake has been in the red a few times this week, but I lowered my DRI a few hundred cals too. So red isn't as bad as it looks. (There was that work outing/lunch that was 155%. No excuses there.)
246.3 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
