Breakfast:

1- boiled egg
1- slice of toast
1- cup of green tea w/regular sugar
1- pack of instant buttered grits
1- bottle of ozarka spring water with medicine

Lunch:

1- box of Ativia Light- 70 calories
1- banana
1- container of watermellon
2- small glasses of orange juice
2- slices of bread(white)
portion of Tuna Fish Salad

Dinner:

Tuna Fish Salad
2- slices of bread (white)
1- glass of orange juice
1- bottle of Ozarka - w/medicine
1- glass of milk w/3 sugar cookies

Monday- May 6,2012

Breakfast:

1- scrambled egg
1- slice of toast
1- small glass of milk
1- small glass of orange juice
1- box of Activia lignt- 70 calories
1- banana

Lunch:

Portion of boiled shrimp
2- slices of bread (white)
1- cup of rainbow sherbet ice cream
1- glass of lemon aide made w/lemon concentrate
1- bottle of Ozarka water

Dinner:

1- fried fish w/boiled shrimp
1- baked potatoe w/margarine
cooking spoonful of canned green peas
1- small glass of orange juice

Snack:
6- honey graham crackers
1- glass of milk
