Well been breaking out of the Atkins diet which I have been on for the better part of 2 years. eating just healthy natural carve and though my body doesn't look fat...I feel thicker. Hate that...but I just don't think that its a sustainable life style for me. I want to loose about 10 to 14 lbs but seems like the scale doesn't wanna move in any direction but up...so the question is...embrace my new curves or puss on it and go back to what's I was doing. Problem is the sweets cravings were awful for me on Atkins...maybe I wasn't eating enough calories and that was what I need to change. I think dieting for to long just adapted my body to the low calories...how to change it back to fat burning...we shall see.
