Super disappointed this week. Stuck to my diet like glue except one night I had three light beers. Stayed within my calorie range all week, drank all my water! No processed foods, no white, very little dairy and if at all it was "light" cheese with appropriate portion control. And I went to the gym three times and worked my butt off. Struggling with motivation. Giving up refined carbs and sugar has had me in a funk already....I was really looking forward to seeing it on the scale.
171.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Stick with it! I know days like this suck, and it would be lying to you to say it won't happen again, but listen... the scale is NOT the most important thing when on weeks like this. Look how well you did! You stuck to a routine, found determination and motivation enough to stick with the whole week. You achieved. You gave your body a release for energy and fed it the food it needs and deserves. Your metabolism will catch up, you'll see the results, just remember in the mean time that it's the week's choices that count as a win or loose, regardless if the scale has caught up yet. I'm proud of you!
