I started at 279 and am now down to 218, sometimes I look at the scale and get disheartened that I am still so much but then realize Ive lost 61 pounds becasue I was determined. My next big goal is to get down to 170 which means that I have 48 pounds to go to reach that goal. Ive decided that this time I need to take things one pound at a time so even though my big goal is 170, the first thing I will focus on is getting to 199 which is only 19 pounds! I would really like to accomplish this within a month in a half to two months.
