I'm still here struggling to get started on a lower carb lifestyle. Plan, begin after this weekend when I can go to grocer and buy low carb foods.

Are you going Atkin's typr low carb or just lower that most? I usually shoot for my protein and carbs to equal or be lower in carbs. I found this was the key to my losing. Once I started 100% faithful tracking I found I ate very very little protein. Changing that was a huge help!
