Watched the documentary on obesity on HBO. That really scared me and is encouraging me to do what I have to do to get this weight off of me. I have genetics that already make me a candidate for heart disease and stroke but I don't have to add to it by eating poorly and not being active. I can do this. 20lbs lighter by August is a must!
