Aim for today: After realising what a dunce i was over the last few days and that the best way to loose weight is to concentrate and work at it rather than take pills. My aim today is to go back to my normal eating habits. Shake at breakfast, salad at lunch and shake at 3. Followed by a healthy dinner. Getting excited about my helathy graze box thats coming tomorrow.

sounds like a plan! Thats exactly what I had to realize. There are no secret formulas and no magic pills...there is just ourselves. You are amazing to be able to realize that. Just keep pushing forward, thats what I plan to do.

Thank you! Got to totally get back on it. I havent come this far to backtrack... only way is forward and it is all about the mental attitude. Also can not believe you have already lost 32lbs! thats amazing and i am sure you will be fine going back onto solids. Just keep it going and watch an eye on everything. Between the 2 of us we can do it!
