Did OK. Was surprised at the amount of food I ate and I did manage to go over my budget about 300 calories. Had about a cut of Dirty Rice when I got home from work. It was soooo good. I thought about not adding it to my food journal but I did. Good for me! I also realized for the first time in my life that I deserve to be slim and look good. I have raised the children on my own. I work, I am a good person and I am pretty. I deserve this.
