Started on April 23rd on USANA reset. I lost 4 pounds during the five days. I am now down 5 more since then on the transform phase. Having two of their shakes and a snack bars. I have one low glycemic snack and meal a day.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
