The only time I drink coffee is in the morning at work every day. I know it's wasted calories but it's a habit I'm easing myself into breaking. I actually don't like the way coffee tastes so I load it with creamer & sugar. Today I thought I'll be good & use Sweet-n-Low instead of sugar. I swear that is the nastiest sweetener I have ever tried. I dumped it out & made myself a cup with sugar. I'm going to have to bring my own sweetener from home before I try it without sugar again.
