Decent week. Tuesday through Friday were great. Saturday and Sunday were bad but got back on track Monday.
289.2 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 134.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OMG! That's me every other week, and the week right after the good week is the bad week where I gain the exact same amount I lost the week before!!!
