Mmmmm.. that wasn't meant to happen. I think the day before yesterday I didn't diary all my food. However good day yesterday and penty of exercise so hopefully will be back on track again from here.
222.9 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 37.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
