I keep fluctuating weight here and it's VERY strange. I keep fluctuating by 1 lb. 161/162. Anyway, I haven't been eating terribly and I'm not losing weight. I don't work out every day, but I do every other day. I'm either doing biking now or yoga. I try and throw in exercises like sit ups and push ups. I don't know if I'm doing them wrong, gaining muscle, eating too many bad foods, or what. I don't eat a lot of calories these days so I don't know. I know I have an acid reflux problem so I'm trying to figure out what's causing that. I'm trying to see my doctor soon about it!
I'm going to try working out more. I'll do yoga now & some ab exercises.
Any advice is welcomed! Maybe I need to start doing a morning routine?
Also, a classmate from school gave me a free bike (wtf how amazing) so I'm putting together a goodie basket for her. Let me know if you have any thoughts!
Edit: I did drink the other night but I also worked it off dancing. Ah. So confused. Maybe I need to start counting calories again. Ugh.

Tracking your food is the number one way to help you lose weight. People who track tend to be more successful than those who don't. Studies show we eat 30% more than we think we do when we don't track. If your workout out and staying the same weight (or within a few pounds) it usually means your taking in what your burning off. There could be other reasons too. But I would track the calories. Make sure you getting plenty of lean protein and high fiber foods (best for weight loss). Stay hydrated to flush out sodium. Many foods can add to acid reflux sucn as soda, chocolate, citrus fruits, tomato sauce etc.

I agree with Suzi that tracking what you eat will help. I think more now about what and how much I am eating, since I track it all. I have had several plateaus in the past couple months where my weight just fluctuates a pound and it is frustrating, but keep at it, it just takes time. :)
