Not sure what time zone the clock to start challeges is in but today Monday May 14th I started the following
drink 8 glasses of water a day - check
most lost by June 11 - check, calories 1939 - kitchen closed and exercised today
Power walk a mile a day - check elliipital 1 mile, bike 1 mile and 30 min of slower walking during the day
No white flour for 21 days - check
Hope to be able to keep this all up during the challenge!!!
