Cheated the last two days in a row :(. Saturday night I totally gave in and bought a frozen pizza and ate 3 slices of it. It was baaaaad. I was craving it sooo much and nothing else would have satiated it. I felt guilty on the way to the store already, but I still went ahead and did it.
Then yesterday was a rough one, had breakfast out at a coffee shop, took my mom out to lunch and then was invited to dinner with a friend and her mom (hardly ate any of my shrimp linguini). Still went WAY over my calorie limit.
Ho hum. Maybe the cheat day isn't do-able for me because it promotes more cheating? Or maybe it was just a rough weekend. I dunno. Hope I'm not reversing the efforts I've made so far.
On track again today, although I did eat the other half of the bagel sandwich I had for breakfast yesterday ... plus I have LOTS of leftovers from yesterday. Most of a big plate of shrimp linguini, half of a salmon sandwich with veggies and hummus.
Eating out is almost impossible. Even when you choose veggies for your side they put avocado and stuff on EVERYTHING! Geez!!! It's sooo good.
Despite all that I came on here and logged my food and I'm not giving up yet!

The "cheat day" concept doesn't work for me. It leads me on the path of an outright binge. I am glad there are some people who can do it, but I just can't. You showed a lot of restraint having only three pieces of pizza. If it had been me, the whole thing would have been eaten! Pizza is a binge trigger food for me. Sigh. I wish you well!

Hahaha! Yeah, my "normal" pre-diet serving of pizza was 4 pieces. Considering I hadn't eaten it in about a month, I am at least proud I stuck to just three slices! Paid for it with tummy-ache in the morning though. Hope I learned my lesson! :p
