Just not excited about the challenges anymore. I know what I have to do, but I am not motivated to lose any more, and I make too many exceptions. That is the main reason I want to lose more, anyway: to have more elbow room before my weight gets to problem levels again. Mother's Day weekend was... let's just say, an indulgence. Or several. I need to get serious again. Off to walk now!
