Officially switching off Atkins induction today. I gave it two weeks and have barely lost a lb. (And still can't get my rings off.) Transitioning to a low-carb/low glycemic-index form of weight watchers. the science behind Atkins sounded so compelling but I need to see results, especially given how much exercise I'm putting in. I've been very successful on weight watchers in the past - kept the weight off for almost 15 years. Lesson learned - DON'T fall off the gym band wagon. It's very hard to get started again, especially in your 50's.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
