Not bad today, holding steady around this weight is a good thing! Last time I exercised my weight increased drastically but then came down. This time it went up but not as much. I had dinner out last night and stuck to just protein and veggies and only saw .2 more today than yesterday. The only carbs I had last night was the one drink I decided to treat myself to.
On another note, I can hardly believe this day has flown by! Today we have done many jobs in and out of the house from fixing issues on our roof, to detailing the boat, to organizing closets and shoes, laundry and chores! It is time to sit down and enjoy a drink outside I think! I am going to grill some steaks and make mushrooms, potatoes w/ peppers & onions on the BBQ tonight.
If the wind settles tomorrow, we just might take our boat out and enjoy some sunshine! :)
