Good morning, another idea: On my toasted Zero carb bread I spread 1/2 tbs Smart Balance with Extra Virgin Olive oil and sprinkle it with granulated Truvia/Splenda mix to which I have added cinnamon. Last night I tried it with Mascarpone (regular cream cheese would be fine). The cinnamon "sugar" presents another nice change. :) Enjoy your day my friends!

The more I get involved with the Zero Carb bread, the more I like it. I, too, am discovering things that I can do with it that just works for me. Cinnamon toast sounds yummy... I had your fried egg sandwich this morning for breakfast and added a slice of zero carb cheese to it. Quite tasty. Then for lunch I had a silk shake and a toasted cheese sandwich...more yum! My sister suggested using it to make zero carb bread crumbs to use in cooking....haven't gotten to the point that I need bread crumbs as I like my almond flour but it is an idea. The trick with zero carb is to TOAST it....

TOAST, it's the secret. Today I tool Carb #1 to the BBQ. Everything was fine, then the tres leche cake, tried that, very good, but I can do without it for months to come.
