little disappointed in myself, but WHEW did not gain any weight. I went over my caloric intake boundary yesterday by 12% ouch, but I was ok. I will have to be very careful from now on. My mistake was going over on the fat intake yesterday versus calroies though. If you look at the fat intake for yesterday it was in the 70's gram range . NOT GOOD. :(
