I started out with 107 kg last May 29, 2012. I was happy with the result of my calorie counting after a week which brought me down to 100 kg. Though my target is 1200 calories a day only, there were days that I went beyond 1200 but not beyond 1300. I guess that is okay as long as I focus myself and would stick to my diet plan. This week, I attended a seminar in Baguio which really misaligned my diet. For 3 days in a row, I have over eaten having 1300 to 1600 calories a day. Still lower than the required calories for my status but still quite disappointing. Well, nobody to blame but myself. Now that I am back in Manila and at home, I hope to push myself further on with my diet by developing more self control. Need to plan out also my exercise regimen and start with it. Diet + exercise = 65 kg. Can't wait to weigh tomorrow to see my progress.... or regress :(
