I really fucked up today. We had pizza today at work, at first I had will power. I took my Alli and ate my baked chicken and steamed veggies with no problem. An hour later the pizza started calling my name so I had 3 pieces and now I feel like shit. I'm definitely going to have to start working out after work or going for a walk with my son before work.
237.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

AWW...don't beat yourself up. You will do better next time. It is so very hard when we feel deprived - just think of all the good choices you have made already.
