I have not been following my diet like I should. I really need to get back on the rigid weight and measure of items and keep better track. I need to spread the calories out over the day, and change from drinking way too many creamy beverages in the morning to only one small and keep with just black coffee and drink more tea. My calorie count today is already up to 1293, and I need to keep it down for the rest of the day. The last two days I have binged on food and now it is hard to stop that vicious cycle. I wonder if it is the hormone patch that I had to change to? Every time I change the dose (as I am suppose to) and include the progestin, I get super hungry and cannot seem to control it. When I am on the estriadol only I do much better and have noticed my mood is more stable. Is this an artificial PMS thing going on? what does everyone think?

I have taken these type of doses or medication and sometimes the food cravings are worse than normal pms. I have sat for hours waiting for the clock to hit that big hour bell to run to the fridge and eat that little piece of cake, but end up eating the whole thing and plus more. Here are a few things that i have tried that might help. Carry your binge food or sweets with you and portion out before leaving or for the day. For example if your going to be home all day, eat so much, do things and make yourself finish the task before eating the next portion. This may seem silly and hard work, but i curbs my cravings, anxiety of binging, and can keep those calories under control.
