Had a really good diet day yesterday...but still not getting the exercise in...that will have to change...the new job is taking a toll, and I am stressed and mentally drained at the end of a day...I dream about work and wake up panicing some days...I'll be happier once everything is running, but the planning and getting organized is painful (answers are not easy to come by, maybe I ask too many questions?)
I'm still working on my motorcycle (not getting time to work on it in the evenings...so it sits in the garage with all the parts sitting beside it...waiting for me) and hopefully I will get it on the road this weekend...I'm itching to go for a ride!
I need to focus more on what I am eating, quantity and quality wise! I've been slacking off on that lately and my calorie intake has shown this...doctor wants me to come in for more blood work again, friggin diabetes!
Anyway, this should be a better weekend...I have nothing planned for the days off, so I should be able to get to some tasks that have been delayed due to other obligations...
Later.

Hang in there pal! Exercise is overrated sometimes, I lost quite a bit of weight laid up in my cast/boot thing. And your appetite subsides quickly when your lazy. I know, it plays with your mind. I exercised for ya today, rode bike an 1 hour 10 mins in the AM, then the wife took me out again after supper for another 45 mins. It was only 97 degrees at dusk too, pretty nice!

Jak, just a thought - remember that you can actually REDUCE STRESS by exercising. Maybe working out could benefit you in more than just a weight loss way? Just a thought. I know, though, how hard it can be to get going.
