Start of day 2induction. Day 1 went okay, lunch and breakfast went well. Had several pieces of cereal and an ice cream bar after dinner.
280.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
