Hey,

I am 31year old .I weigh around 75 kgs and a height of 177 cms.
I have a slight paunch that i need to burn and then go in for a muscle building program.
My current intake is 2600 calories and that mostly consists of carbohydrates.
I work out 3 times a week whihc involves 2 days of light weight tarining and 1 day of cardio.
I want to reduce my intake to 2000 cal and then work on my abs.
Then I want to get into a muscle building program.
But I cant seem to keep track of my diet in terms of how much I have consumed say carbs or protein.
