I know I've fallen off keeping my food diary again, but I just got a new computer & still getting used to it (I'm on the old one at the moment). I'm doing just fine with the ab challenge - even doing my crunches upside down on the inversion table. Love that thing - I made space in my bedroom so I could leave it up. I'll tell ya that thing makes my back feel soooo good!
195.6 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
