Been following all of induction - no cheating - at least I think not. Even followed some suggestions - gained a pound. I need to buy new ketosis sticks, the ones I have are old (2006). Oh well - keep trying. Maybe the only thing that will work is to stop eating.
I had lost weight when I was younger - the doctor put me on pills - I did not eat! I now have an irregular heart beat but at the time I thought that doctors know best. So confused and frustrated!

I'm so sorry, I know that can be tough, and definitely hard to stay motivated. I was looking at your food logs and thought you might try to rework your daily veggies. Dr. Atkins suggests two cups of salad veggies and 1 cup of other allowed veggies. And then of course, about 65% of your daily calories should be from fat.
Also, I was just curious--are you making all of your food, or are is some of it coming from restaurants? You might be surprised how often chicken is injected with a sugary solution to make it more plump, or other foods that get added sugar. If you like to eat out, I would take a moment to look at the nutritional information for their menu items.
Good luck! You can do it, and atkins WILL work for you!

I see that you're not to dinner yet and your sodium level is over 3600 and that's probably not counting any seasoning on your chicken or eggs. I'm one of the worst about sodium levels too- due to my eating mostly take out or processed foods. But you might focus on keeping that level around 2500 while drinking water for one week and see if you don't see a change. Low sodium sucks!! But it's worth a try to possibly see that scale dip down. :)
